What brought me here

I am a Psychologist and a psychotherapist, trained in post-rationalist cognitive psychotherapy at the Center of Cognitive Therapy in Como. I completed my studies in Psychology at the University of Milan-Bicocca.  In the first years of activity I dealt with neurodevelopmental disorders and complex disabilities in developmental age, collaborating with hospitals, schools and local services. I increased my education through a European volunteering experience in a kindergarten for special educational needs in Warsaw (PL) and carried out academic research activity.  Since 2019 I have collaborated with various healthcare facilities in the area of pathological addictions, psychiatric rehabilitation and psycho-oncology. I began my training in psychotherapy and to carry out private consultancy and psychological support for adults and young adults.

My way of being a therapist

I have always felt the need to keep an open eye to grasp the complexity of the human experience, considering individual differences and experiences as an added value.  I deal with promoting psychological and emotional well-being, the development of individual resources and providing support in difficult moments, crises and changes.  Always taking scientific research into account, clinical interventions consider the person as an entirety, paying attention to thoughts, body and emotions towards goals built and shared together with a non-judgmental approach.
