What brought me here

I am a psychologist trainee in Integrated Psychotherapy at the SPI (School of Integrated Psychotherapy) in Milan and I provide psychological support to children, adolescents, and adults. I lived in the United States (California) for several years, where I had the opportunity to develop in a multicultural environment through internships and work experience. Specifically, I supervised psychoeducational activities and projects for mothers and children, aiming to promote the development of secure attachment. I subsequently worked with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, an experience that led to a research article on the relationship between autism and creativity. I also worked for two years as a Research Assistant at Stanford University. Currently, in addition to psychological support, I also dedicate myself to mentoring courses for adolescents with DSA and ADHD and to projects in the elementary and high schools of Scuola Europa (MI). Additionally, I collaborate with an online platform dedicated to psychological support for people with OCD. In Italy, in recent years, I have gained a closer understanding of different realities: from selective mutism to drug addiction, and I am currently completing my specialty internship at the Policlinico di Milano. My professional journey has been enriched by opportunities and encounters with people from diverse cultures. I firmly believe that every experience, especially in diverse contexts, contributes to expanding and refining the clinical perspective of those who work in mental well-being.

My way of being a therapist

The integrated approach I adopt combines different tools and theoretical models (cognitive, behavioral, systemic, psycho-corporeal, psychodynamic) to offer a personalized path, centered on the characteristics of each person and their life context. In my care work, I maintain an open and welcoming clinical gaze aimed at meeting the other in their uniqueness.
