What brought me here
I am an Italian therapist, naturalised British.
My deep interest in the human mind has always guided both my education and my professional career.
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, followed by a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. During my academic journey, I focused particularly on sleep-related issues, which were the subject of both my theses.

I then continued my training by specialising in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy at Studi Cognitivi in Milan.
I worked for 10 years in London, supporting patients from all over the world dealing with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

After many years abroad, I decided to bring the expertise I gained in England—both professionally and personally—to support the international community in Milan.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and young adults.
I work both face-to-face and online, with patients who are based abroad.
